Each 55-minute session is individually tailored to your specific fitness level and training needs. Sessions are varied, engaging, and enjoyable while geared to achieve maximum results.

We offer clients fixed, weekly slots to ensure consistent training and maximum results.

Sessions can include:

INITIAL SESSION


Book in for an initial session before signing up for a block of 10.

Includes: a full workout incorporating fitness testing, movement evaluation/postural analysis, core strength and functional mobility assessment.

Initial individual session: £67.50

Initial couples session: £85


Payments to be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

BLOCK OF 10


Invest in a pre-paid block of 10 personal training sessions:

10 individual sessions: £675

10 couples sessions: £850


PAYG sessions are available on request for existing clients only, at a rate of £72.50 per session.

Please note that personal training sessions are non-refundable. Pre-paid blocks expire 4 months after the date of the first session and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
