Having experienced the journey herself, and with a background in corporate marketing and leadership, she truly understands the reality many mums face: recovering physically, rebuilding confidence and navigating the return to work while juggling family life.

Her coaching style is supportive, empowering and rooted in real-life experience, helping women feel strong, capable and proud of their progress at every stage of motherhood.

Micah Campbell

Micah’s passion for movement and physical capability sparked his personal training journey over 10 years ago. Early in his career, he noticed many trainers lacked the tools to help people move better in all aspects of life, which led him to pursue deeper study and explore a range of disciplines, including CrossFit and yoga.

While he gained extensive knowledge during this time, it was only when he started studying with movement coaches that things began to ‘click’. Micah believes that feeling youthful and physically empowered isn’t about being strong in a few isolated movements - it’s about having a body that can move with ease and grace in many directions, tempos, and scenarios.

Micah’s qualifications include:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 4 Lower Back Pain Specialist

  • Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

  • Calisthenics Specialist

  • Mobility Specialist
