After becoming a mum, and working with a brilliant PT during her first pregnancy, Lucy discovered how powerful strength training and holistic health can be for women before and after birth. It transformed her approach to wellbeing, so much so that she retrained as a personal trainer 6 years ago and never looked back.

Having experienced the journey herself, and with a background in corporate marketing and leadership, she truly understands the reality many mums face: recovering physically, rebuilding confidence and navigating the return to work while juggling family life.

Her coaching style is supportive, empowering and rooted in real-life experience, helping women feel strong, capable and proud of their progress at every stage of motherhood.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist

Micah Campbell

Micah’s passion for moving and being physically capable started his personal training journey over 10 years ago. However, he quickly realised how little equipped we are as trainers in this industry to coach the general public on how to become better movers, and the lack of tools provided to cater to a wide range of individual needs. This resulted in him developing an immense thirst for movement knowledge, seeking out teachers and exploring physical disciplines such as Crossfit & Yoga.

While he gained a lot of knowledge during this time, it was only when he began studying with movement coaches, that it began to ‘click’… Meaning that what made people feel youthful and physically empowered in his experience was not being very strong in just a few linear isolated movements but rather inhabiting a body capable of moving in many directions, tempos, scenarios with ease and grace.
