This session allows us to understand how you move, your goals, and plan the right training approach.
Includes:
A full workout incorporating fitness testing
Movement evaluation / postural analysis
Core strength & functional mobility assessment
Individual session: £67.50
Couple session: £85
Payments to be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Block of 10
Invest in a pre-paid block of 10 personal training sessions for consistent, structured progress.
Includes:
One-to-one or couples personal training
Fixed weekly training slot
Access to all live classes and on-demand content via our app
Individual session: £675
Couple session: £850
Available to book after completing an Initial Session.
Online Programming
Designed for those who want independent training alongside personalised guidance. Programmes and content are delivered via our app.
Includes:
1 personal training session a month (online or in-person on Saturdays)
Up to 3 personalised programmes per week
Access to all live classes and on-demand content via our app
£160 monthly membership
Minimum 3 months. An Initial Session is required before joining to ensure training is safe, personalised and aligned with your goals.
