Functional Breathwork
Where science meets spirituality.
Your breath is a powerful gateway to better health, posture, and emotional resilience. Rather than trying to fix or force your breath, we help you to listen and understand the patterns beneath it. Addressing symptoms alone, without asking why they arise, often fails because the nervous system must feel safe and supported for real change to occur.
With this awareness, you can start to shift your breath gently and intentionally to support how you want to move, feel or recover. Breathwork becomes more than a technique - it becomes a way to understand your system, and a foundational practice that creates the right conditions for healing.
Our 6-week Breathwork Restoration course combines scientific foundations with guided practice to help you better regulate stress, improve your posture and athletic performance, and build emotional and physical resilience.

Sound Baths
The art of stillness and surrender.
Sound baths are an accessible form of meditation where you simply lie back, relax, and allow healing frequencies to wash over you. Through the resonance of the gong, bowls, chimes, and various percussive instruments, your brainwaves begin to entrain, syncing with the sounds to slow heart rate, ease anxiety, and support mental clarity. It's a unique chance to switch off, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
Benefits can include relief from anxiety, better sleep, released emotional blockages, improved focus and increased nitric oxide levels.
